What a site to see - all 5 of our younger teams battling on the fields this weekend in Northlake!!!
Congratulations to each of you ... sportsmanship was great (except for the guy you can fry an egg on his forehead - we will have to send him to anger management classes with Jack Nicholson)!
The hard work of the fall and winter showed in each and every team!!!
Kudos to our Champions at both levels - HOMER HAWKS BOTTINO 12 who had to battle Judge and his umpires in the finals
AND HOMER HAWKS SPRING TEAM at 14 - good thing we made the change at 14 replacing the lame duck Walker with the Doanzone himself lol ... now if we can only get some clothes for these two guys when they are coaching the bases. Thank goodness Kate Daniels dressed for success!

Dave,
I am trying to get my shirt sizes to the Mayor in Rockerland, but I dont have his email. If you talk to him, can you let him know that I am trying to get in touch with him.
Thanks,
Craig

Congratulations to all the Hawk teams! What a great weekend to play softball. What a great thing to see coach bill pull that old man from the stands who looked like a lost puppy, and give him the thrill of his life and coach 3rd base for 12u judge. He looked a little rusty with his rundown calls but all in all we forgive him, lol. keep up the great work everyone!

Let's not forget about another Hawks team that represented in the tournament, and came out on top of the losers bracket. 14u purple played very well this weekend and I'm proud of all the girls. Way to go girls!!! Up next--- the Chi-Town tournament. Get ready to "BRING IT"
