Way to go to ALL the Hawks teams that played this weekend!!!

Wow - what a weekend of Hawk softball in MOLINE! Not only did our Hawks 95 dominate the 12 under age group going 7-0, but they threw 2 perfect games, including the championship 11-0 winner! What a pleasure to watch that team work and gel!

Then the Hawks Black 14's battled and defeated a classy Cedar Rapids team 5-1 in their championship game! Perseverance as injuries mounted and lingered, a great 2nd round international tie breakers - 4 fantastic games Sunday and the Hawk 14's also went 7-0 to sweep the crown.

Our 10's battled hard - lost 2 games by 1 run Saturday before their big win .. setting them up in the 1st round Sunday with tourney champion Illinois Thunder - who proved to be in a better groove this weekend - great effort girls! The Hawks 96 battled so hard each game, injuries affecting this team as well ,, but they never gave up and are continuing to challenge all comers. Many successes still coming for this group! The Hawks 13 Teal were also very shorthanded from injuries but battled in each game. the team continues to gain experience and confidence and will be ready to play late into Sundays as the tourney season heats up!

To all our fans and families ... thanks for all the support all weekend in the COLD AND WIND!
