What a performance all week for the young ladies ... battling great teams from the Midwest and West.
The Hawks soared through pool play undefeated ... earning the #1 seed in their pool.
Elimination play watched the Hawks stay undefeated to the final 2 in the winners bracket, before a bad hop single turned into the deciding run in a 3-2 thriller! That sent the Hawks on to play the Minnesota Sting 93 - with the winner advancing to the championship game ... the Sting proved too much as they dropped the Hawks then went on to defeated the Sharks 1-0 and 2-1 in the if game to win the NAFA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP... great job ladies - now on to ASA Nationals for our girls, and so many of of HAWK TEAMS!
