Another Hawk act of community - following in our Toys for Tots drives, food drives, High School equipment fund - this time we are helping a Junior High School and their young ladies!

Hey everyone, this is Brian Bottino 12u Hawks...Myself and a co-worker Deputy Scot Waxweiler ( Will County Sheriff"s Police ) are teaming up to provide some very needed used softball equipment to Fairmont School in Lockport. Scot is the liaison Officer for the school and knew my connection with travel softball and asked if we had any used softball bags, bats, gloves, helmets, catching gear, etc. that we could donate to their girls softball program...If your garage is like mine, I'm sure their is at least a bag or helmet laying around from days gone by...These girls will not start their season until the fall, but they will probably play in the spring with the Lockport Junior Miss Softball league...We thought around the upcoming holiday it would bring some smiles to these girls faces who could really use the equipment...I will be at the Quarry from 4-6pm the next two Sundays if you want to drop it by... Thank you for your help...Brian B.
