Thanks to Dave and Yvette for the camps last night. My girls really enjoyed it and got a great workout too. Camps like this one make us so proud to be Hawks.
College coaches coming out to share their knowledge and have fun, Howard Kobata (need I say more) and all the work done by our Fearless Leader Hawkeye is what sets the Hawks apart from all other programs. Well, that and some really AWESOME parents!!!!

Your last statement says it all - the HAWKS are all of our wonderful families, athletes and coaches ... that is what makes us special and one big family!
I want to thank everyone in the program that gives so much of themselves for the wonderful student athletes in our program and for all the softball aspirants throughout the land - it is a great sport and I love just being a small part of it!
To all the colleges who continually support and assist our program, I think Yvette said it best last night to the girls, they are so lucky to have so much talent and student athletes in the Chicagoland area, and that is a tribute to all the programs working hard and to the families who support our rigorous schedules and training to be the best we can be.
Whether it is an athlete with us since 7 years old ,,, or a high school junior or senior coming aboard for the first time, when they sign on the dotted line and say they will be a college student athlete, and thank us for our help, that is all the reward we need. the winter work - the spring cold - the summer heat - the road trips - the rain delays - the sweat and tears - the moments of joy - I wouldn't trade one day of my life with the HAWKS for anything when you see what a difference in you make in so many lives.
To all the HAWK COACHES and all our support staff - HAPPY HOLIDAYS and THANK YOU on behalf of each and every HAWK family - past, present and future!
