Great effort at the Ball State Exposure event - playing 4 quality teams and coming away 3-1 on the weekend. The Hawks played against the INDY DREAMS 18, INDIANA MAGIC GOLD, MIAMI BLAZE 18'S AND INDY DREAMS GOLD BELL. What a start as our only blemish was a tough 1-0 loss to the Dreams Gold in the final game.
More competition and fun ahead as we take to the field this coming Sunday in the Jim Didi Memorial Fall League at Inwood!

Here we go ... ready to swing into action for the fall run - weather permitting  Hawks Gold Betcher are at Stone City this Saturday at 10 and 2 pm. SAunday we play at Joliet Inwood at 8:30 and 10 am ... come on out and watch us play locally this weekend! |

Solid weekend in Elgin last week. We had excellent looks from several colleges and a couple more visits set up! That's what it's all about on these weekends.
Looks like Brie is out of the boot and close to a return.
Also - for the only weekend all year we will be at 100% for ST Louis ... what a show that will be for us!
Great job girls this week.
I was told the Downers girl who got hit in the head to end the game Saturday suffered a mild concussion but should be ok, thank God for that!

Another solid performance on the field and with the college coaches this past weekend in Elgin at our own event. Playing 5 talented powerhouse teams, we played well in 4 of the 5 games, coming out of the weekend 3-1-1. The lone loss was to the Southern Force who just played that much better than us in that game, kudos to them. The girls continue to get great looks and opportunities with more colleges as well as performing as a team throughout the fall. Looks like another great season ahead for us!
