Another standout weekend for the Hawks I see in Joliet! 12's win the 12 under bracket in decisive fashion 12-1 over Stone City. Hawks 14 Black win a thriller - bottom of the 7th 3 run homer to know off stONE cITY 10-9 IN A SLUGFEST!

Hawk 10's open tourney play with several nice wins!

Hawks 96 play hard - sweep pool and battle today!

Hawks 14 Purple give Hawks Black toughest battle of season in heartbreaking 4-3 loss in semis!

Hawks Teal 14 play first games of season - win their pool and lost tough one today ..sites are set high!

Hawk 16's DB sweep pool - then lose in 7th 1-0 to Bash in a classic game!

Hawks Narotsky sweep pool - drop in semis a tough one.

ALl Hawk 18's play well at Orland Exposure tourney impressing multitudes of colleges in the process!

All in all - another proud day in Hawkland for all!

Chick Magnet - your girls and families deserve everything you gave to this team and what we have built is special. Our Hawk Black and Hawk Purple teams deserve a rematch - it's on many times over I would say ...

Like I told the girls after the game - that was an awesome performance and a pleasure to be a part of with both teams. And don't forget - the Teal team is on our heals and nipping as we speak - they had a terrific first weekend of softball as well!

Let me tell all who listen - John McGuire and the Purple Ninjas go together as well as warpaint and a gallon of purple paint - you are one heck of a team and it's an honor to have you represent the HAWKS with such class and talent!
