I wanted to thank all of the 14 year girls who have been helping at the Monday Training Sessions for the young girls. You are really making a difference. Last night after practice, I heard one of the 9 year old girls tell her mom that she wanted to be an outfielder, just like Tess. She also showed her mom what a drop step was. Congratulations, you made a difference in that girl's life that night! I hope that you girls keep coming out to help so that you can see the results of your work.

It is great to see these types of comments about our young ladies. The girls are not only learning so much about the sport and being given so many opportunities for success - but they are continually learning about giving back and helping others. I hope all the HAWK activities we continue to support for our community make a difference in our young ladies lives.
To all the HAWK COACHES - players and coaches alike - thank you for the outpouring of support for our HAC training program this year - you do make a difference! It's not a world "about me" - it's a world of "us"!!!!!! Great teamwork and support - see you next week - 2 weeks left of clinics!
