It's time to strap em on once again and come out rolling as both Hawk 14's are part of a star studded 16 team ASA National Qualifier this weekend! Lot's of challenges and opportunities for both our clubs ... when will we meet in the tourney? Who are the favorites? Is everyone back to full strength yet... I know Ashley sure hopes her trip down state is not derailed this week at Sandburg! Is everyone ready for a great weekend of softball? This one is a Who's Who of the Metro area teams ... to whomever is left standing - congrats in advance to a worthy champion ... let's hope they are putting the medals around our Hawk's come Sunday night!

Dave,
Your 14's are outstanding and will be a force this weekend again. What a great field! Not sure the younger levels get as much credit as they should but if anyone watches the teams in the area play at those levels, they will know how good they are.
Keep up the good work and best of luck to you and the Hawks this weekend!

Not a good day for the Hawks 14 DB - fell 1-0 to Naperville Diamonds Gold then gave up a 4-1 lead in last inning to fall 8-4 to New Lenox Lightning. Would have liked to shown bettter - but it was not our day. Back to work and practice and our next shot at ASA Nationals in 2 weeks.
