Note Hawks DB -- practice with Luvie Jung has been moved from 9 am to 3 pm Tuesday - sorry for the late notice ,,, just heard from her we had to change the time slot!

How did the practice go today? We wish we could have been there but we had previous plans. Sure hope that everyone learned alot and can bring it to the rest!!!!

Luvie was great! She spent 3 hours and could have kept going another 3! She will be back, don't worry.
I can't thank her enough for all the help and the great advise she gave everyone. The way she has studied every pitcher and knows what they will throw when was amazing to listen to and understand.
