Winning pitcher Alyssa Vorel threw a 1-hit shutout and struck out 6.
Maggie Dugan had a 2 RBI single and scored a run.
Amy Pruim had a bases loaded RBI wallk.
Game 2
Lockport 3, Oak Park River Forest 2
Starting pitcher Jordan Halata allowed one earned run, scattered 4 hits and struck out 5. Allison Shimkus pitched 1 1/3 innings of relief for the win as the Porters scored all three runs in the bottom of the 7th.
Trina Grande had a game tying 2 RBI single in the bottom of the 7th. Morgan Kramerich's RBI single was the game-winner.
Lockport improves to 21-2, 9-0 in the SWSC.

Winning pitcher Jordan Halata threw a no hitter and struck out seven. She also contributed three hits and 2 RBIs at the plate.
Amy Pruim, Maggie Dugan, Trina Grande and Sara Daley each had 2 RBIs on the day.
