Brittany Wolski had the first three-hit day of her career and Sara Olson hurled a one-hit shutout to lead top-ranked Sandburg to a 3-0 victory over visiting Lockport on Wednesday.
Wolski (3-for-3) singled and scored on Ashley Conrad's bases-loaded sacrifice fly in the second inning. She ignited a two-run rally by singling and scoring on an error in the sixth as the Eagles (22-2, 9-2 Southwest Suburban Blue) blanked Lockport (13-10, 4-6) for the second time in eight days.

Olson (17-2) walked three and struck out eight and went 2-for-3 at the plate.

Kayleigh Bertram tallied the Porters' only hit in the sixth.

• After being shutout in its last game, No. 4 Lincoln-Way Central pounded nine hits and hammered Homewood-Flossmoor 6-0 in New Lenox.

Gabe Gavoni (2-for-3) had a two-run single and Brittnie Boerema added an RBI single in the Knights' (24-4, 9-2 SouthWest Suburban Red) three-run first.

Rachel Larson (2-for-3) had a two-run single in the fifth and Alicia Abbott (2-for-4) added a RBI in the sixth.

Homewood-Flossmoor had eight hits off starter Jackie Dugan (10-1) and Gavoni, but stranded nine runners. Carly Herweck and losing pitcher Stacey Struzynski (12-9, seven strikeouts) had two hits each for the Vikings (13-10, 4-6).
