Purple Ninjas beat Virginia Legends White 6 2.Morgan Moseley pitched 3 strong innings shutting the Legends down. Hawks pushed 2 across in bottom of 1st on Alyssa Poole's 2 rbi single with bases packed.A timely hit by Maeve McGuire scored 1 while Bekka Houda closed out game. Katie Golich made a nice running catch in RF. Nora McGuire scared everyone with a screaming comebacker.Katy LaCivita and Colleen Hansen were behind dish. Molly Ely heads up play knocked down a basehit preventing a run. Gaby Doronzo and Tori Larson also scored.
Next game @ 4 45 EDT.

Purple Ninjas win tight one. They defeat stubborn Heart of Ohio Xplosion 1 0. The "Crown Point Connection" drives Hawks. 7 innings from "00" led the effort. Tori " Crash " Larson saved the game with a diving catch in 7th inning. She also drove in Colleen Hansen with grounder up middle.
Ninjas earn the day off. Next Game Wednesday AM.
